Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be unworn or unused, with tags attached.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

To request a return, email us at wordwhispers@doriswrites.net. Returns must be requested before sending an item back.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and must obtain their own return shipping label.

If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.

Items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at wordwhispers@doriswrites.net or (715) 682-9250 so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Gift cards
  • Made-to-order and personalized items may be returned only if they are defective or damaged.

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before requesting a return.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return the original item following the return process. Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order for the desired item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification.

Items must meet the same return eligibility requirements listed above.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
